Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must be shipped through our designated courier, an USD$8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, except for exchange cases the fee will be waived.

1. Return your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date (date shown on e-mail confirming goods are being dispatched to you);
2. Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging; and
3. For sanitary reasons, all panties and face covering items, are not returnable.
