We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund (shipping & handling fee excluded).
To be eligible for a return or an exchange,
- Products must be in their original packaging conditions with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed and returned in the original undamaged box and/or a packaging box of your choice.
- Product must be laid flat inside the box to avoid any damage.
- Please include the original proof of purchase packing slip in your return package.
- Returns may not be combined with multiple orders.
- All panties, face covering and gift card items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is found defective, damaged or received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Request / Exchanges
Process your return or exchange with the following steps:
- Click HERE to request for a return or exchange.
- Input your contact information, order number, and the product(s) you want to return / exchange.
- Once your return / exchange has been created, we will review your request and send you an email confirmation with the return /exchange shipping label.
- Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any Fedex location or requesting for a pick-up at your convenience.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return / exchange is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
We recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Service (email@example.com) with the tracking number once shipped.
Return Shipping & Handling Fees
- All returns must be shipped through our designated courier and subjected to an USD$8.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund, except exchange cases where the return fee will be waived.
- Any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
