We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange,
- Products must be in their original packaging conditions with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed and returned in the original package and/or a packaging of your choice.
- International orders are not eligible for free returns and exchanges.
- Product must be laid flat to avoid any damage.
- Please include the original proof of purchase packing slip in your return package.
- Returns may not be combined with multiple orders.
- Due to hygienic reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift card items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Exchanges can only be allowed once for any product.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is found defective, damaged or received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Request / Exchanges
Process your return or exchange with the following steps:
- Click HERE to request for a return or exchange.
- Input your contact information, order number, and the product(s) you want to return / exchange.
- Once your return / exchange has been created, we will review your request and send you an email confirmation with the return /exchange shipping label.
- Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any USPS collection location or requesting for a pick-up at your convenience.
All exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned merchandise. If the value of the item(s) that you wish to exchange exceeds the value of your returned item(s), you will be charged the difference.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return / exchange is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
We recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Service (floatley@floatley.com) with the tracking number once shipped.
Return Shipping & Handling Fees
- All returns must be shipped through our designated courier.
- Any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take around 7 - 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
