EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund* (shipping & handling fee excluded). 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, products must be in their original packaging conditions with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or a packaging box of your choice. Product must be laid flat inside the box to avoid any damage. Please include the original proof of purchase packing slip in your return package. Returns may not be combined with multiple orders.

All panty items, face covering items and gift card(s) are not returnable or exchangeable.

We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.

 

  • *All returns must be shipped through our designated courier and subjected to an USD$8.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


REQUEST RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS 

Process your return or exchange with the following steps:

  1. Click HERE to request for a return or exchange.
  2. Input your contact information, order number, and the product(s) you want to return / exchange.
  3. Once your return / exchange has been created, we will review your request and send you an email confirmation with the return /exchange shipping label.
  4. Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any Fedex location or requesting for a pick-up at your convenience.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return or exchange is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

*Please note that for the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. We also recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Service (floatley@floatley.com) with the tracking number once shipped.* 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
