Shipping policy

When We Ship: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, credit card approval, and product availability. 

Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery (3-5 day estimated delivery time) on all U.S. orders over $50.00 (after discounts). Orders under $50.00 will have a flat $10.00 shipping fee. 

Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

International Shipping

Enjoy free standard delivery on international orders over $250.00 (after discounts). Orders under $250.00 will have a flat $20.00 shipping fee.

Free returns and exchanges do not apply to international orders.

Where We Ship: We currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam. 

Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Floatley is not responsible for any additional fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Exclusions: We don't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
